1. Terms of Service
Welcome to WebValet. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please review them carefully.
1.1 Service Scope
WebValet provides custom web design, development, SEO, and consultation services ("Services") as outlined in the signed project proposal or statement of work (SOW). Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
1.2 Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may result in delays to the project timeline. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all designs and deliverables promptly.
1.3 Payment Terms
All pricing and payment schedules will be defined in the project SOW. Payment milestones must be met as specified. WebValet reserves the right to pause work on any project if payment terms are not honored.
1.4 Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client is granted full ownership and intellectual property rights to the final website code and design. WebValet retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
1.5 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is." WebValet makes no warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the performance or results of any website, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WebValet be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
1.7 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
1.8 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
